Cancellation and No Show Policies
We understand that life happens and sometimes we need to cancel or reschedule appointments. You are more than welcome to do so; however, we ask that you cancel a minimum of 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged 50% of the appointment services that you have booked.
No call, No-show:
If you are to no-show or do not let us know that you’re not coming, you will be sent an invoice for the total amount of services booked and you will not be allowed to rebook until that invoice is paid. You will also not be allowed to book another appointment without a deposit of your next scheduled services. A no show or a last minute cancellation of 2 times may result in same day or walk in available appointments only.
We understand that you’re busy, traffic and emergencies happen, and we value your time and do our best to run on schedule for you, we ask that in return, to not take away from our ability to provide all our guests with a full salon experience.
